Somerparc aan de Amstel consists of 4 adjoining residential buildings ('palazzi'): Amstel building I, II, III and IV. Each building has its own appearance and luxurious entrance. One of the most sustainable residential buildings in the Netherlands

Somerparc aan de Amstel will be one of the most sustainable residential buildings in the Netherlands. The EPC is well below zero. This means that just as much energy is generated and recovered as is consumed with the building-related installations. In total, the building will receive about 1,000 solar panels, both on and on the building. With the solar panels against the facade, Somerparc aan de Amstel is at the forefront, because this method is not yet widely used. To give the building a sustainable appearance, the solar panels are nicely incorporated into the facade.

The 14 Town Houses of Somerparc aan de Amstel are lovely family homes, located at the Bella Vistapark. They have their own entrance with a front garden to the park, and a split level backyard. These exclusive family homes have living areas from 128 to 223 square meters. The houses are light and spacious, have two floors and various rooms, which can be set up as a bedroom or home office. The 11 spacious and stylish City Apartments are spread over the second, third and fourth floor of Somerparc aan de Amstel. The living areas vary from 140 to 157 square meters. In these 3 and 4-room apartments you can enjoy a beautiful, panoramic view over the Bella Vistapark or towards the Amstel all year round. And do you want to visit the museums, shops and other attractions in the Amsterdam city center? By bike or by metro (station Spaklerweg) you are in the center in a few minutes.
